How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies depending on whether the item is in stock or not. Made-to-order and custom items take longer to deliver than stock items. The current delivery time is listed for each item in the online store. In the checkout, you will also receive a specification if there will be multiple delivery occasions. Since we ship from different warehouses, the delivery time for stock items may also vary slightly. When the item is booked for pick-up from the warehouse and receives a shipment number, we will notify you via email.
How does the delivery work?
The delivery method varies from product to product. The delivery method is specified on each product page in the online store. Home delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Other delivery options available for your postal code are presented in the checkout. Before a home delivery, the transport company will notify you and assign you a time. In most cases, this time can be changed by coordinating with the transport company. Home delivery is made to the property boundary, nearest gate, door, or driveway. For delivery, you need to show valid identification. Smaller shipments are delivered to a local pickup point; if there are several options in your area, you will be able to choose a pickup point in the checkout. Before delivery to a pickup point, you will be notified by SMS or letter. You collect your package by showing the notification, and sometimes identification may be required. If you have ordered several items, deliveries will be grouped, as we ship your items from different warehouses. This will be clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete your purchase.
